For all formal solicitations, vendors interested in participating in the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority’s e-Procurement System may now review any of the currently available Requests for Bids (RFBs) or Request for Proposals (RFPs) online at the website identified above at no charge. To view the details of a solicitation and/or enter a response, your company may be required to register.

The closing date and time for receipt of offers are indicated for each solicitation. Questions on any solicitation are to be directed to the issuing Senior Buyer or Purchasing Administrator, specified in each solicitation. Offers will not be accepted after the closing date and time. This policy is strictly observed!

Requests for Proposals

Request for Proposals (RFP) are used for qualifications-based or “best value” formal solicitations. Responses are evaluated by a committee with a predetermined evaluation criteria that encompass more than price and allows for evaluation of proposals best accomplishing the scope of services. Full details of all current Requests for Proposals are available for free to everyone.

Requests for Offers

Request for Offers (RFO) are used to solicit offers from a prequalified pool of vendors for project specific construction services.
