WATER OFF FOR NON-PAYMENT
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TURN THE WATER BACK ON YOURSELF
By law, only authorized Water Authority personnel may turn the water back on. If anyone else turns the water on, your account will receive a violation and fee, which will affect your ability to set up a payment arrangement. An account with a violation will require a down payment of $2,000 or 50% of balance (whichever is less) to set up a payment arrangement.
To turn your water back on, please contact us immediately at 505-842-WATR (9287) Option 0 to discuss repayment options. They are:
- Payment in full of the outstanding balance
- Setting up a payment arrangement
One of these actions needs to be completed by 2:00 pm MT to restore water service same day.
RECEIPT OF A WATER TURN-OFF NOTICE OR WARNING LETTER
To keep your water on, please contact us immediately at 505-842-WATR (9287) Option 0 to discuss repayment options. They are:

RECEIPT OF A DELINQUENCY LETTER
You are not in immediate danger of having your water turned off, but you should try to add a little extra to your payment to reduce your outstanding balance.
