Persons wanting to discharge hauled waste to the SWRP must obtain a hauled waste permit from the Water Authority and comply with the conditions.

Hauled waste permits have a duration of one year and expire April 30th. Only persons with a hauled waste permit may discharge waste to the SWRP. There is a fee for the hauled waste permit as well as charges for each load discharged to the SWRP. The Water Authority may monitor any load discharged to the SWRP. Hauled waste tankers are subject to inspection.
