ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT: Tijeras Reuse Reservoir & Pump Station

Planned expansion of the Water Authority’s Southside Reuse infrastructure to the Mesa Del Sol development has received preliminary approval from the New Mexico Environment Department.

NMED has prepared a draft Environmental Assessment (EA) with a preliminary Finding of No Significant Impact for the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority Tijeras Reuse Reservoir and Pump Station Project.

A 30-day public comment period will commence on the date of publication of this notice. Written comments expressing agreement or disagreement with the proposed findings must be received within 30 days of the publication date. Comments may be submitted to:
