Payment over the Phone
Pay your water, sewer, and refuse bills with a credit card or from your checking or savings account. Just call 842-WATR (9287) and press Option 2 when prompted.

Online Payments  

There are two types of online payment:

• A one-time (i.e., non-recurring) payment via the Internet
• Or, register with our online payment system. With it, you can pay your bill and/or set up automatic monthly payments. It's secure and easy!

Automatic Withdrawal
If you cannot or don't wish to use our online bill-pay services, you can still save the time, postage and the hassle of writing checks to pay your water, sewer, and refuse bills. Simply click here for details and an application form.

Budget Payment Plan
Pay the same amount each month based on your average usage history.

Payment In Person
You can pay your water bill in person with cash, check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) at the City Treasury, located on the first floor of the city/county government building at One Civic Plaza (400 Marquette).
