To apply for water and/or wastewater services you must have received one (1) of the following documents:

  • Intake Form advising to submit a New Services Application,
  • Connection Permit Closeout Email,
  • Letter of Conditional or Final Project Acceptance.

If you have not, please contact the Utility Development Group.

Required information to complete Request for New Service

  1. Applicant contact information
  2. Service Address
  3. UPC Number (Parcel ID)
  4. Project Number (for Work Orders/Connection Permits)
  5. Billing Address
  6. If making down payment for fees to establish service:
    1. Proof of Ownership
    2. Government issued ID
