To apply for water and/or wastewater services you must have received one (1) of the following documents:
- Intake Form advising to submit a New Services Application,
- Connection Permit Closeout Email,
- Letter of Conditional or Final Project Acceptance.
If you have not, please contact the Utility Development Group.
Required information to complete Request for New Service
- Applicant contact information
- Service Address
- UPC Number (Parcel ID)
- Project Number (for Work Orders/Connection Permits)
- Billing Address
- If making down payment for fees to establish service:
- Proof of Ownership
- Government issued ID
