Starting Nov. 1, Water Authority customers can dial one number to access all Water Authority services – and pay their bills over the phone.

The new number, 842-WATR (9287) , will take callers to an automated menu. Among the options: Pay a bill over the phone; report a water emergency; report water waste; set up new service; obtain information on conservation rebates; or speak to a customer service representative who can transfer callers to the appropriate  department.

“The introduction of 842-WATR will streamline our customers’ experience when they need to pay a bill or access other Water Authority services,” said Water Authority Board Chair Deanna Archuleta.  “Customers will also notice upgrades to our online payment features." Those improvements include online payment by check and debit card as well as credit card, and registration for automatic bill-pay.for more information.
