Evaporative cooler thermostats save both water and energy while keeping you more comfortable. You set the thermostat to a temperature that is comfortable for you, and then the thermostat turns the cooler on and off as necessary to keep your house at the desired temperature. Most thermostats come with a feature that soaks the cooler pads prior to blowing air though them which means the air is cool the second the fan turns on.
How to Get Started
Print out the rebate form Evaporative Cooler Rebate Form (445KB pdf) and mail it in along with a copy of the sale receipt. Once recieved and processed, a $25 credit will be applied to your water bill.
