Paying your Bill with Budget Payment Plans

For your convenience, the Water Utility Authority offers a Budget Payment Plan. This Budget Payment Plan evenly distributes the cost of your water, sewer and refuse services over 12 months. Your bill will be consistent each month for the entire year.  Only residential property owners with a 12-month billing history with consistent on-time payments are eligible to apply.

Your monthly budget payment amount is based on the average consumption for the preceding 12 months.  If, at the end of the 12-month period, it is found that the customer paid less than the actual 12-month charges, the amount underpaid will be added to the estimated cost of the service for the following year's Budget Payment Plan.

Inconsistent payments will cause participants to be removed from the Budget Payment Plan and penalties will apply. To delete the Budget Plan from your account, please give us a call at 842-WATR  and we will be happy to assist you.
