Each map reports the average monitoring results for each substance for the distribution system for 2011. These samples are not compliance samples, but are collected to allow us to monitor the quality of water provided to our customers. These numbers reflect the combination of all the wells, and water tanks, that supply water to your tap. The location of each distribution zone can be found on the Water Quality by Distribution Zone map. The map links to a summary of testing results for each zone. |

Because different wells supply water to different water tanks and the amount of purified surface water in the blend differs, the water quality varies from distribution zone to distribution zone. To illustrate these variations in water quality, maps of results of monitoring results for substances of particular interest to our customers have been prepared for the entire distribution system. Most customers want information about pH, hardness, chlorine, fluoride, arsenic, and/or sodium in their water supply.
