During a drought, it’s more important than ever to use water wisely and efficiently. The ABCWUA offers free classes to water utility customers to provide practical information and guidance in drought efficient landscape irrigation through two different classes.

Provides suggestions on how to best support your landscape during our current extended drought and how to determine when to water, how often, and how long to run your system. Discussion includes information on irrigation controller programming, landscape design, system upgrades and maintenance.

Basics of Drip Irrigation

Learn how basic drip irrigation works. A useful class if you have inherited a drip system, but are unsure how it is supposed to work, or you want to put in a new drip system. You will learn how long and how often to operate it, how to maintain it, and how to install a drip system that matches your landscape needs.
