Do you use online bill-pay and other web self-service features? If so, then beginning August 31st of this year you will need to register for new online services using the Water Authority's web self-service system.

Although you will still be able to view your past bills on NMUI s old system, you will no longer receive your new bills or be able to make payments. Payment capabilities will no longer be available beginning August 22nd.

Setting up your new online service will be simple. Just follow the link and instructions that we will be providing for you on Monday, August 31st at: http://www.abcwua.org.

Although these changes will not occur until the end of the month, we wanted to let you know about it as far in advance as possible. Until then, you can continue to use NMUI's old web self-service system to pay bills and review account information online.

We will let you know as soon as the new system is available for registration and will provide detailed instructions at that time on how to set up your new online services.
