Welcome Former NMUI Customers! On-line account and payment capabilities for your NMUI water account was stopped as of August 31st. If you were a web self-service customer with NMUI and wish to obtain the same services from the Water Authority there are several options you can take. To view your Account information, you will need to need to register your account by clicking the View Your Account Information link below. To make payments, you have different options. You can enroll your new Water Authority account into our system to obtain similar payment options that were provided with NMUI. To enroll, you will need your new Water Authority Account Number and the Zip Code for where your bill is mailed. If you do not know this information, please call (505) 898-2661 or wait until your first bill arrives in September! You can also make an online One-Time Payment or pay by phone without registering or enrolling your account with our systems. All you will need is your Account Number, Zip Code and your method of payment! Questions?
