Note: In order to be approved for a hydrant meter permit, you will also need to submit (email, fax, or mail) a legible copy of each of the following:

• NM Contractors License
• Federal Tax I.D. Number Certificate
• Driver's License
• W-9 (Request for Tax Payer Identification Number and Certification)

If approved, you will be required to come in and sign the application to certify that you agree to comply with all conditions of service. You will also be required to pay a damage and surety deposit of $3,000 plus a nonrefundable connection fee of $230 (see deposit agreement.)
