Instructions

Meter readings shall be submitted to the Water Resources Division between the 1st and the 10th day of the calendar month for usage during the previous calendar month. Failure to report meter readings by the last day of that month will result in immediate termination of your permit, and any falsification or attempt to defraud the Water Utility may constitute Water Theft and/or Tampering and will result in criminal charges.

Section 1: Please enter account and business information.

Section 2: Please enter meter number (if you have more than one meter, please submit a separate web form for each meter).

Section 3: Please enter meter reading, and date of the reading.

Section 4: Please enter hydrant location where meter was last used in the "Comments" field along with any other related comments.

Click the "SUBMIT" button once you have filled out the online form in order to send the information to the Water Authority Water Resources Division.
