Your Water Authority offers a Budget Payment Plan that evenly distributes the cost of your water, sewer, and refuse services over twelve months. The plan eliminates high bills during summer months. Your bill will be consistent each month for the entire year. This plan is available to all residential property owners. The monthly budget payment amounts are based on the average 12-month consumption for the preceding 12 months. At the end of the 12-month, your budget plan amount is adjusted, either higher or lower, based upon the actual 12-month charge, either higher or lower. This becomes your new budget payment plan amount for the next 12 months. In order to enroll and remain eligible, participants are required to be current on their account and must keep payments current for the entire 12-month budget period. Late payments cause participants to be removed from the Budget Payment Plan. To enroll, just complete the Budget Payment Plan Enrollment Form below and click on the submit button. It's that easy! If you are currently enrolled, there is no need to reapply. |
