Toilet Rebates (2 Choices) - Take Your PickChoice #1 - Conversion to Low- Flow Toilets (1.6 gallons per flush)Over 30% of indoor residential water use can occur through the toilet. To help its water customers meet the conservation goal of 40% reduction in water use, the Water Authority offers an extraordinary toilet rebate program aimed at encouraging water customers to change out their old high-flow toilets for the newer low-flow models. All Water Utility customers will receive credits on their water bills of $100 per toilet. Customers of the rebate program may also replace their shower heads, with an $8 credit applied to their water bill (on a per toilet basis). All low-flow toilets qualify for the $100 rebate, and can be purchased at any location. Choice #2 - Conversions to High-Efficiency Toilets (1.28 gallons or less per flush)

List of approved high-efficiency toilets NEW ! Urinal RebateConversion of urinals to a one pint or waterless urinal will qualify for a $75 rebate. In addition, installation of waterless or one pint urinals in new construction also qualify for the rebate. How do I participate?Print out the following Toilet Rebate Program Form (420KB PDF) or Urinal Rebate Program Form (497KB PDF), complete it and mail it. The Toilet Rebate Form is also available in Spanish (338KB PDF). A licensed plumber must certify the application, even if you have installed the toilet yourself.
