We have redesigned your water bill in order to make it more user-friendly. This change took affect when the new billing system was implemented in April of 2007.

Sustainable Water Supply Charge: An itemized breakdown of charges added to your bill to pay for the San Juan-Chama Drinking Water Project. The project enables us to use surface water for the first time, allowing Albuquerque’s underground aquifer to recover and be available as a drought reserve.

Solid Waste Fees: As a courtesy to the City, the Water Authority will includes solid waste charges on its bill. The City’s Solid Waste Management Department can be reached at 761-8100.
