Water Authority Organizational Chart

The New Mexico Legislature adopted legislation in 2003 creating the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (Authority) and transferred all functions, appropriations, monies, records, equipment and other real and personal property pertaining to the City of Albuquerque's Water/Sewer System to the Water Authority. The Authority governed by a board of three City Councilors, three County Commissioners and the Mayor of the City.
